What are the different editions?
Each edition has its own set of lists. Please check the products to find the list that is right for you.

I have paid. What is next?
After your payment is received you will be taken to a Thank You page with the download link. Click this link to download the product to your computer. If you need to download the product again within 24 hours you can log into your account and click the (My Account Overview) link located on the right navigation bar. Select your order by click on it and click the download button.

Do ZIP Codes change?
Yes, ZIP Codes are constantly changing, especially in high-density areas where ZIP Codes are added and removed to benefit the USPS. Because they are constantly changing, we recommend that you purchase updates quarterly. That way, you'll always have accurate data!

How do I know the data is accurate?
We check our ZIP Code lists against several different sources to insure that you receive the most recent and accurate data possible. If you feel the data is incorrect, please let us know!

Once I have your data in my database, can I search with a city name to get the ZIP Code?
Yes, you’ll easily be able to search by any column – be it city, state, county, etc.

Does your data tell how many businesses are in one ZIP Code?
We don’t offer anything that tells you how many businesses are in a ZIP Code.

Will I get any type of receipt after I make a purchase?
You will receive a receipt through email confirming your purchase.

Your database is missing ZIP Codes that I’ve found in other free sources, why?
Our database uses the most current data available. The USPS does in fact remove ZIP Codes from their list. Freely available ZIP Code databases are often more than 10 years old.

Our database uses the most current data available. United States Postal service does in fact remove postal codes from their list. Freely available postal code databases are often more than 10 years old.

I think the area code is wrong, why?
The most common reason is that the area code may have gone into effect within the last 30-60 days. We update the area codes in the first release after they are in full effect.

Does your data come from the USPS?
Yes and no. The ZIP Codes themselves come directly for the USPS - they are responsible for the addition, deletion, and modification of ZIP Codes. Everything else is validated across numerious sources to insure that our data is the most accurate available anywhere.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept PayPAL. Tax Charges For orders made from within the Colorado sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders of physical goods. Our business is operated from Loveland, Colorado - all applicable taxes will be charged for orders of physical goods. All other orders are tax free and our online ordering system will not apply taxes unless they must be collected by us.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are processed via PayPAL - we do not receive your credit card details, but instead we are told whether your payment was successful or not by the payment provider.
